Living from your core is important in the lives of women.  Physiologically speaking, your core is comprised of stabilizing muscles within your back and abdominal zones.  Your values, belief system, self-talk, and life view stabilize your identity, sense of purpose, and character.  In this session we will unearth, explore, address and uproot the impediments that prevent you from actively realizing your dreams.  Your personal recovery and realization plan will enable you to walk boldly into your rejuvenated purpose.

WomanStrength

This session will enable you to distinguish and fortify your core areas of strength.  Furthermore, you will discover the resources needed to become more solid in those areas and adept in developing new opportunities for personal exploration and up-skilling.  New ideas, breakthrough strategies, and resources will be addressed within this high-power event.

Purposeful Launch

Like a seed, an idea needs cultivation to grow into the tree it is destined to become.  Through this transition-focused session, you will hear success stories and strategies for researching, developing, promoting, and growing your seed idea into a flourishing nonprofit or organization, product, business unit, or program.  An interactive workshop may accompany this presentation.

Your professional life should fulfill and nourish your core skills and passions.  When you work is aligned with your core purpose you will deeply connect, find meaning, and experience unparalleled success.  This intensive strategy development session will enable you to think through your existing work, your core work strategy, and identify ways to extend the reach of your efforts.

Purposeful Leadership

Leadership requires the ability to gain the trust of your colleagues while significantly contributing to the life of your organization.  This intensive session begins with an assessment of your core professional and leadership competencies, continues with reviews of global and regional trends, and concludes with the design of an adaptable leadership blueprint.  Leaders will also ascertain internal and external networks and resources that will enable them to reinforce their capacities and enlarge their ability to contribute to the world around them.

Purposeful Connection

True leadership and transformation begins when the impact of your work moves beyond your organization and meets a societal need.  This session will enable leaders of local companies to maximize opportunities to work together, strengthen intra and extra organizational networks, and collectively contribute to the greater good of the community.

Kingdom Leadership Institute

This two-day workshop enables participants to create a personal vision statement, understand Kingdom leadership principles, and craft a strategic ministry plan with co-laborers.

Mastering the King’s Leadership Principles

The ministry and life of Jesus Christ provides us with a guidepost on how we should live and treat others.  Because we are called to be the express image of Christ, this session will introduce the audience to key principles of Jesus’ leadership style.  Simultaneously, we will invite participants to co-craft (under the Spirit’s guiding) their daily agenda and organize phases of growth for improving their leadership style.  Practical and easily adapted steps will be shared to unlock the leadership life that God seeks for us.

The Substance of Ministry

This interactive ministry conversation will help believers to hear the thread of the Spirit and provide strategies on how to get to “there” by the grace and power of God!  Participants will discover that their current life strategy is not enough and that the blood has a greater demand than they know!

Ministry and life strategy development

These workshops may accompany one of the aforementioned seminars and provides instructive tools and strategies for initial and ongoing realization of promised results.  These lectures may be delivered by Dr. Manning with easy adaptation for ministry leaders to utilize on an ongoing basis for peer coaching.

WomanStrength

Through a combination of praise and worship, an inspirational message and workshop, participants will unravel spiritual impediments to reveal a total life reinvention by the Spirit.  This session has been designed for women and groups desiring to remove hindrances to ministry success and experience spiritual empowerment.  Ideas and resources will be explored to match with the revealed ministry and life vision of the Father.

The Divine Prayer Series

This four-part prayer-centric series will encourage all participants to develop and activate a prayer strategy that will lead to inevitable changes within our individual lives, ministries, communities, and world.  Each session includes relationship-focusing teaching and heaven-accessing prayer.

I’m Having an Affair

This workshop will lead attendees into a sense of what it means to have a deep and meaningful relationship with Christ.  Practical tools will be shared for living an exciting and blessed life with and through Christ.  Furthermore, participants will be taught how to have balanced and loving relationships with others while remembering to consistently commune with He who is the Divine Holy and Most High One.

Divine Turn-Around

Life has its ups and its downs.  It’s part of the process and flow of our existence.  The Father wants us to live at a higher level and each step in the journey prods us to get there.  Life becomes limited when we don’t participate in His elevation plan for our lives.  Principles will be shared for opening our hearts and entrusting ourselves to God so that He can truly deliver us to our destined place.  Will you trust His process?  Let’s explore it together!
